Payments & Cancellation Policy

1) 25% deposit of the total is required at time of booking to confirm reservations.

2) Final payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date via bank transfer or credit card (Visa/Mastercard, American Express

3) Hotel Bookings: If client cancels reservation 59 days or more prior to the first day of travel, they will be refunded 75% of purchase price minus 8% credit card fee, 45 days or less, there is no refund on hotel rooms.

4) Domestic flights: They are not refundable.

5) Tours and ground transfers: If client cancels reservation 45 days or more prior to the first day of travel they will be refunded 75% of purchase price minus 8% credit card fee, 44-30 days = 50% of purchase price minus 8% credit card fee, 29 days or less = no refund).

6) No changes to any element of the itinerary are permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. If changes are necessary within this timeframe, there will be a charge of $30. Changes include, but are not limited to, any alterations to dates, times, numbers or last minute additions to the existing itinerary as detailed above.

7) There are no refunds for cancellations three days before arrival day or for no shows (transfers, hotels, tours, local flights)

8) There are no refunds for amounts equal or less than $15.00v

9) Wellness Costa Rica will not be held responsible for those passengers arriving without the correct passport and visa requirements to enter Costa Rica. Please ensure that you have a valid passport, that it will not expire until at least 3 months after your arrival date to Costa Rica and that it is not damaged in any way.

10) Wellness Costa Rica will not be responsible for refunds for clients who do not meet visa, passport or other entry requirements such as yellow fever or other vaccines.

11) Wellness Costa Rica is an agent and is liable only for the commission we earn on the products and services resold.
